*Summer Reservations confirmed on a staggered schedule.
*A small discount will apply to multiple weeks/months in same apartment.
*There is a 2-night minimum. A 3 or 4 night minimum applies to holiday periods.
*Check in Time is 3 PM; Check out Time is 12 Noon.
*All rates quoted are all inclusive except for $25 pet fee, per stay.
*50% of full rental fee is due at time of reservation; Balance is due upon arrival. A 5% discount applies of total rental fee paid at time of reservation.
*Reservation deposits accepted via personal check/money order or Paypal. Final balances for stays 7 days or longer can be paid via personal check/money order, cash or Paypal upon arrival or before arrival. No checks accepted for stays less than 7 days.
*A deposit for $200 made payable to Erin Lynch will be. collected upon arrival and held as security deposit. The check will not be cashed or deposited unless there is damage to the apratment.
*We realize sometimes plans change. Reservations can be cancelled 72 hours prior to reservation and deposit can be returned as long as the reservation can be re-booked at the same or greater rate, less a $25 cancellation fee.
We want everyone to enjoy their time at the house so we ask that the following basic rules be followed at all times:
*The entire property is completely non-smoking. This includes inside the apartment, and common areas such as porch and courtyard. If you must smoke, please do so away from the house.
*This is a VERY old house and we respect our neighbors . Please try to be respectful of others and keep voices, prevent doors from slamming, etc.
*This is not a party home unless your idea of partying is a glass of wine in the courtyard before 10 PM! Otherwise, do your partying elsewhere.
*The courtyard and the front porch are for your enjoyment.
*Additional beach supplies (boogie boards, beach toys, etc.) are available upon request.
